About the therapist
Helen Scott is a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Life Coach. She trained at Nottingham City Hospital and with several organisations (including UK College of Life Coaching and The Life Coaching Academy) and is a respected member of the National Council of Hypnotherapists and a full member of the National Council of Psychotherapists.
The Change Your Life practice was established by Helen's father, Robert Scott, nearly 20 years ago and has helped many thousands of people to literally change their lives. After her extensive training and many years of running self-development courses for adults and children, Helen joined the practice as a Senior Therapist and eventually took over the reins when her father retired.
During her very successful career, Helen has earned an enviable reputation and a loyal following, because of her ability to understand and resolve client's problems in an effective, caring and sympathetic way.
In addition to working long hours with clients, Helen continues to extend her knowledge and expertise by undertaking training in new fields. As a result, she has added HypnoBirthing® Fertility Therapy to her specialisms, having trained with Lynsi Eastburn (the American creator and pioneer of hypnosis for fertility) and The London College of Clinical Hypnosis in Advanced Fertility through Hypnosis.
